Obituary of Cindy Lorna Wine

With saddened hearts we announce the passing of our dear Mother and Grandmother, Cindy Lorna Wine on Saturday, June 25, 2022.

Cindy is loved immeasurably and will be deeply missed by her son, Jason, her daughters, Bridget (Travis) Yates and Caroline (Arthur) Arter; and her precious grandchildren, Aven and Violet. Cindy’s memory will also be cherished by her sister Sherrie (Dwight) Salahub, and her brother Brett (Lynda) Wine, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Cindy loved spending her time outdoors. Her favourite place was her farm in Duffield, Alberta. She enjoyed riding horses and for a time, rode competitive Dressage. When she wasn’t riding horses, she could be found sitting around a fire with friends and family or in her garden tending to her beautiful flowers.

A Celebration of Cindy’s Life will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022, at the Palliser Bayview Pumphill Community Hall (2323 Palliser Dr SW, Calgary, AB) at 1:00 pm. Condolences, memories, and photos can also be shared and viewed here.
