Condolences
I have fond memories of your Mom when the family lived in Regina. I used to babysit you kids when your Mom first started working. She was always busy. The sewing machine was always nearby. She was either busy sewing clothing or new drapes etc for the house or planning the next meal. Your Mom treated me with patience & kindness. Your Dad & his Band played at my wedding. When Vic & I travelled to visit your Mom & Dad after they moved to BC. I remember their welcome & generosity. It’s so sad that all of the Orton family of your Mom & Dads generation are now gone. My prayers & thoughts are with all of you. Tell the stories & keep your Mom with you always.
Lorena, April, and families,
I'm so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. I spent alot of time at your place growing up and I remember so clearly that she was always sewing or slip-covering things in your house - she was talented in whatever she put her mind to. Take comfort in your memories.

Dear Lorena So sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. I have fond memories of a very wonderful and kind Mom. I’m sure you and your family will miss her very much. Hugs Shirley (Stone) and Syd Eisler
Grandma was the most peaceful lady, I’ve never seen her upset or angry towards anyone. We lost an angel but it was her time. May she Rest In Peace in heaven.
There are so many wonderful memories I have of growing up with Grandma. I will always treasure her patience, kindness and gentle spirit that she had towards everyone. Cole enjoyed his Great Grandma’s company. As a baby, her calm presence would settle him and as a kid, he enjoyed conversations with her. She was an amazing role model for us to follow and aspire to be. We will miss her immensely, but I know that she now has wings.
