Bernice Tamas of Calgary, AB, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at the age of 81 years.
Bernice was born in Saskatchewan on February 20, 1941. She was a member of the Child Watch/Safe Home for Killarney. Bernice had a passion for gardening and was a gifted artist. She made the “stonemen” gifts selling in Calgary, Banff, and surrounding areas. She also taught piano for a number of years. She will be most remembered for her love of dogs, neighborhood children, beautiful gardens, and her quick wit.
Bernice is survived by her brother, Robert (Norma); sister, Gloria (Ron); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Bernice was predeceased by her beloved husband Frank Tamas.
A Graveside Service at Eden Brook Memorial Gardens will be held at a later date. Condolences, memories, and photos can also be shared and viewed here.
