Condolences
Todd was a childhood friend of mine his brother Bill was my best friend and my brother David was Todd’s. The four of us hung out playing in the bush and playing DnD till all hours. It was a great time. He always had a laugh and a joke. Knew him as pretty upfront and honest. We learned a lot together and had much fun. I feel for you Bill we lost mom last year so know how this feels. We all lost touch over the years as life and moving away split us up. If you would like to talk Bill give me a call 587-436-1800 love to catch up. My sincere condolences to you all he will be missed.
Todd is going to be 2 months old after his death in a few days, for as if it had been yesterday the last day that. We talk by video call, I miss you a lot, thank you for being an angel in heaven who takes care of me, I love you I never forget you darling.
I met Todd on Tinder, a week later we fell in love, we had a lot of things in common, we got to know each other in person when he came to Costa Rica but he is an angel who went to heaven.
I had the opportunity to share with Todd and accompany him when he was in Costa Rica. He was a spectacular person, super good.
What a sad day, I knew todd 20 years ago when we all started at Cardel, We had great times great memories and a great team.
My condolences to the family he will be missed
Dan Pictin and family
In 2004, I was fortunate to have met Todd on Alberta Ballet's Dec / January China tour. After ten amazing days, it was time for me to fly back to Canada and who was there to join me for the 12-hour flight back to Vancouver? Todd. We talked about a lot of different things on that flight... our wives, our families, work, life, the places we'd seen, and the good times we'd spent in the company of so many amazing artists. I remember telling him that Deb and I were looking to buy our first home and without hesitation, he handed me his mortgage broker's business card. A few months later, we bought our house. Todd's energy and enthusiasm was catchy. He was one of those rare people for whom, when he walked into a crowded room, the energy would suddenly shift in his direction. He was generous, kind, and compassionate to a fault. Rest well, my friend. I'll miss you.
Undoubtedly you already know that Todd had that something special which drew people together. He could just look at you with a “remember that time when…” boyishly mischievous grin that put everyone at ease. You knew when Todd was present nothing in the past would taint what was about to happen in the future. You knew it was about to get fun and loving. I can’t even begin to imagine how you must miss his infectious goofiness.
Sometimes life grabs you tersely by the soul reminding you vehemently that shared memories are all that matter. Todd, your Todd, always left me with the best and I will forever remember his tireless inviting nature.
Kindly accept my deepest heartfelt condolences for your loss.
What a wonderful obituary and a wonderful picture! My heart goes out to all of you. This loss is stunning and there are many many broken hearts.
I know I can speak for all of the Murphy-Dysons, we are crushed. Each of us had our own sweet relationship with Todd and we will never stop loving him.
May his deep, intense, brilliant heart be in a place of peace and joy.
Sending you all heartfelt condolences. ❤️
