Obituary of Tracy KOHUT-JANZ

May 1, 1959 – Souris, Manitoba May 27, 2019 – Calgary, Alberta Tracy Kohut-Janz of Calgary, AB passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2019 at the age of 60 years. Tracy attended Souris School until grade nine when she transferred to St. Angela’s Academy in Prelate Sk., before attending Balmoral Hall School, an all girl’s school in Winnipeg, MB to complete her senior grades. She studied education at the University of Manitoba before moving to Calgary in 1981 where she resided until her passing. Tracy loved her neighbourhood and made some lifelong friends there who became her Calgary family. Tracy received her Bow Valley College Nursing Diploma, in Nursing Education in 1986 and worked for Career Designs Inc. from 1998-2015, where she was a purchaser and also the Director of Career Designs Inc. Tracy first taught Home Care to her students then changed to foot care; and she even owned and operated Calgary Foot Care. Tracy is survived by her companion, Wayne Irwin; her brother David Kohut (Wendy Bilton); her sister Debora Chambers; her nieces and nephews and her special friend, Audrey Doyle. She was predeceased by her parents, Anton and Audrey Kohut. Interment will take place in Souris, Manitoba at a later date. Condolences may be forwarded through www.McInnisandHolloway.com.
