Obituary of Manuel Roque Pavao

Manuel Pavao, beloved husband of Maria Pavao (nee Medeiros), of Calgary, AB, passed away in the comfort of his home on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at the age of 82 years.
Manuel was born in Candelaria, Sao Miguel Azores, Portugal, on March 8, 1940. He immigrated to Canada in 1973. Manuel loved to farm and spend time with his family. His infectious smile could light up a room. He was a special man, loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend
Besides his loving wife of 58 years, Manuel is survived by his two children Maria (Michael), and Albert (Shelley), as well as his six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church (4747 30 St SE, Calgary, AB) on Thursday, October 27, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church (4747 30 St SE, Calgary, AB) on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Mountain View Cemetery. Condolences, memories, and photos may be shared and viewed here.
