Obituary of Melva Lillian Cochrane

July 14, 1931 - Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario

December 3, 2022 - Calgary, Alberta

Melva Cochrane (nee Wilson) of Calgary, AB, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at the age of 91 years, surrounded by her family.

Melva will be forever remembered by her three children and their spouses, Robert (Bob) and Peggy Cochrane, Shelley and David Patterson, and Leslie Topp (Brad); two grandchildren, Cody (Maria), and Jesse (Jacquie); and two great-grandchildren, Landon, and Parker. She will also be remembered by her sister and brother-in-law, Laura and Gerald Griswold; and brother Kent Wilson. Melva also leaves her nieces, nephews, cousins, and her nursing alumni. She was predeceased by husband Robert Cochrane in 2016.

Melva was defined by her passion for family, the outdoors, and her love of poetry. Rest In Peace Melva.
