Obituary of Elwood Arthur Kinsella

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Elwood Kinsella, beloved husband of Patricia (nee Lever) of Calgary, AB, on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at the age of 93 years.

Elwood graduated from high school in Westlock, AB, and also graduated from S.A.I.T with Carpentry and Construction certificates. He had a passion for giving back to his community and volunteered with Meals on Wheels. He joined the Elks Club and enjoyed playing golf with his friends. Most of all he enjoyed his family time.

He is most proud that he and his son share the same birthday. That moment was such a special miracle for him.

He leaves behind to mourn, his wife Pat, his daughters, Denise, and Cathy; his son Dale (Mary Beth), and two grandsons, Hardy and Jesse. Elwood will be missed by his two brothers, as well as extended family, golf friends, carpenter friends, and his faith family. He was predeceased by his parents, Gladys (nee Holsted) and Ross Kinsella; five brothers and two sisters.
