Condolences
Hello,
Leslie to me, was a great Mother, volunteer and a hard worker sprinkled with charm.
When I think of Leslie and a memory, it was first seeing Leslie at Rundle where Ryan and Lauren shared the same class since grade 4 continuing on for 3 years and into Jr High school. I remember always seeing Leslie volunteering at the school. She would be bringing in containers of food. I would see her zip in the parking lot and zip out. She was always going places. As I got to know her better through the school, the more I admired her for all her attributes that she contributed to society. I learned that she was an interior decorator, and a great one at that!
My connection with Leslie is hard to believe with with Rundle, Tonya and Gino DeMichelle, one of our best friends and neighbours in Bearspaw whom she spoke of Leslie often. Another connection was through Terri. There are so many strings that our family seemed to have with her. Funny how life is.
When I think of Leslie, she was a very pretty, kind, generous and charming individual.

Leslie was right, she attracts great people around her.
who seemed to be always involved with volunteering at the school. I would always see Leslie at Lauren or Paytons games.
Back in the day Lauren and our son Ryan were in the same class starting in Grade 4. I didn't know Leslie at the time, but I would always see her working hard volunteering and helping others at the school. As the years went on,

Dear Payton and Lauren, my deepest sympathies to you. Your mom was a wonderful person and a creative force whose legacy lives on in our fond memories and in our home. Mark Maier
Dear Payton and Lauren- Your mother’s spirit , energy and genius will live on through you both - her pride and joy. She touched so many people and spread her larger than life personality everywhere she went. Her pragmatism and positivity were her hallmarks and these traits were reflected in her friendships and her work. She embodies the word authentic. Les did it her way, in every way. Wherever I look in my house, I see her creative beauty and hear her laughter. I’m grateful and blessed to have known her and to have witnessed such courage, strength and love. My deepest condolences, Gina Maier
Her infectious giggle and generous heart will be remembered forever. My condolences to Payton and Lauren and to all of those who held her so dear. Rest in peace Leslie.
Leslie was such a warm, funny, engaging spirit. We remember laughing with her often as our kids went through primary and junior high together. We are so sorry, and we send our deepest condolences to the family. Will & Terumi Ferguson
