Obituary of Derek James Burge

This guy is loved!!!

Derek lives life on his own terms, never has been and never will be “politically correct.” Derek is a beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, and fiancé. He is blessed with and surrounded by an amazingly loving family. For almost thirty years, Derek has been a masterful service technician who is revered by his colleagues and customers alike. He spent the last decade with the love of his life, Layna. One of their favorite things to do in life is to spend time in nature together, camping in the mountains as that provides such a sense of peace. Two of Derek’s other biggest passions are music and hockey.  He played goalie and gave back to the sport by coaching kids.

This guy will always be truly loved!!!
