Connie, Brett and Sam
Patti and I just heard about David and were very shocked and saddened. Dave was always a very positive person, with a great sense of humour and an infectious smile! We remember him being an excellent hockey coach as well...with a great deal of patience. There were many good times at the rinks with lots of laughs. Our sincere condolences Connie to you Brett and Sam.

Connie, Brett and Sam,
I was shocked and so sad to hear of Dave's passing. Such a young and healthy man taken too soon. I remember him as kind, open, loving and hilarious! A fun guy to be around who really did take time to enjoy every day. I send you three love and strength.
Love,
Raena Brown
Hi Connie I’m still is shock hearing the news. I met Dave at Talkingrock and instantly enjoyed his humour and quick wit. He became a favourite to call when Tee times were available. He turned down many offers because of his family commitments. So I looked forward to teaming up with him on mondays or fridays if the draw worked in my favour. My wife’s name is also Connie and I was thinking that we would all get together one day. He was a “best friend” kind of guy. Honest faithful funny and new how to bring light to any situation. My heart goes out to you and the boys. I loved your eulogy. I only wish that I was able to spend more time with him. A real loss. The song Sweet Caroline will send a smile whenever I hear it. I will live, love, laugh and repeat ……he will be missed by so many.
So very sorry for your loss! Getting to know Dave and working together was a major influence in my career. Sheri and I are sending your family our deepest condolences, thoughts and prayers.
Dear Connie, Brett & Sam,
We were very sorry to hear of Dave's passing, but know that from reading others comments, that he will live on in your thoughts and memories. Although our paths diverged over the years, we do remember meeting Dave briefly at a restaurant in Calgary when we were back visiting, and you were first dating. He seemed very genuine in that brief meeting and we are so glad you got to raise a family together and share many laughs along the way. Our thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

My deepest sympathies to Connie and the boys. My heart is broken for you all. I have known Connie and Dave since their move to Lloydminster and the boys were babies. We somehow always seemed to run into each other or keep in touch through the years....whether checking in on Sunni when they were out or the house when they were away. Connie and Dave were the absolute epitamy of relationship goals...they really were each other soul person. A finding very rare and beautiful to know and see.
I so wish I could be there in person to show my respects but know my heart is with you all

We hope all your treasured memories that meant so much to you and him can help get you thru this difficult time.

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time. You were the first family we met when we arrived in Lloydminster. Dave was a bright light in every conversation or setting. He was so highly respected for his intellect, integrity and leadership skills. He envisioned the impossible as possible, and motivated those around him to be better. We hope you take all of the memories and life lessons from Dave and apply those regularly to your lives, and through that...keep him with not just yourselves, but continue to share your husband and Dad with everyone you encounter in the days ahead. Dave will always be remembered as one of the good ones.

I send deep felt condolences to Connie, Brett, Sam and the whole Anderson family. David was our 'baby' cousin and never let us forget about the "hardships" we made him endure as we grew up together. We were a solid group of cousins who loved and laughed and now mourn together. Thank you David for bringing so much joy into our lives. Rest easy.
