Obituary of Katherine Maryanne Mann

December 21, 1957 – Winnipeg, Manitoba

February 2, 2023 - Calgary, Alberta

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Katherine Maryanne Mann (Hoffman) on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at the age of 65. Katherine was born in Winnipeg, MB, on December 21, 1957, to parents, Raymond Mann and Leona Mann (nee Tobin).

She is survived by her partner Jake Hoffman of 35 years, her daughter Amanda Mann of Calgary, AB, and her two grandchildren, Madelynn and Noah (twins); as well as her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her two sisters, Linda Mann, and Cindy Mann; brother Randy Mann; as well as her beloved pets, Willow and Kermie.

Katherine worked for Alpha Dairies and loved her job and all her customer accounts. Katherine was a free spirit who made friends with everyone. She had a passion for her garden and enjoyed all seasons, especially Christmas. She loved to bike and hike, and gardening was her biggest enjoyment. Johnston Canyon and the mountains were Mom's second love language, animals and nature always captured her heart.

She was so proud to be married and have her twin grandchildren. Katherine will be most remembered for the love she had in her heart ❤️

We would like to thank her best friend, friends, and wonderful neighbours, who supported Katherine in life and showed compassion and love.

A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
