Obituary of Shannon Gail SOOP

It is with great sadness that the family announce her passing on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at the age of 42 years. Shannon is survived by her loving partner Kenneth Baines; children, Scott, Chantelle, Kyle, Shalayne, Julissa and Julien; grandson Jeremiah; father Gailard Man Who Smokes; grandmother Mary Meatface; uncles, Brian (Dolly) Panther Bone, Quintin, Sandy and Edward Jr. Meatface; sisters, Gerri Soop, Endura and Celika Man Who Smokes; brother baby Montana Man Who Smokes and Elijah Soop. She will also be missed by numerous other relatives and friends. Shannon is predeceased by her mother Valerie Soop; son Jace Herback; aunts, Ella Meatface and Clarice Soop; uncle Blair Meatface; grandparents Loretta and Clarence Soop and Edward Sr. Meatface. A Memorial Service will be held at HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME, 1708 - 16th Avenue N.W. (across from the North Hill Shopping Centre, Calgary) on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. There will be a reception to follow at the Funeral Home.
