Obituary of Charles Abraham Saunders

SAUNDERS, Charles Abraham September 13, 1925 - Lacombe, Alberta January 12, 2015 - Calgary, Alberta Charles Saunders beloved husband of Marie Saunders of Calgary passed away on Monday, January 12, 2015 at the age of 89 years at his home at the Brentwood Care Centre. Charles was born in Lacombe, Alberta. He worked in the trucking and gravel industry a great part of his life along with working as a welder with Lafarge. Charlie lived life to the fullest, loved the great outdoors, especially sharing time with his family. Charles is survived by his wife Marie; his sons and daughters in-law, Gord and Faith and Norm and Angie; grandsons Grant (Bobbi), Ryan (Neda), Shawn and Tanner; great grand daughters Mariah, Serena and Kristal; sisters Marg and Hazel and brothers Herb (Evelyn) and Don. He was predeceased by his daughter Terry Lynn, his son Garth and other family members. A Celebration of Charlie's Life will be held at HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME, 1708 - 16th Avenue N.W.
