Obituary of Fern Margaret DEMERS

In Loving Memory of a wife, mother and "swagalicous" grandmother. Fern Margaret Demers passed away after a long courageous battle with heart disease. Fern is survived by her husband Earl R.; sons Ritchie (Michelle) and Shawn (Allen); and four grandchildren Michael, Madison, Aidan and Alexander. She is also survived by brothers Cliff (Caroline) Peters and Fred (Lois) Peters; sisters Mabel (Harold) Rawnsley and Edith (Ray) Smith; and many nieces and nephews. Fern was predeceased by her parents Grant and Goldie Peters; brothers Eldon, Walter, Henry and Wilbur; and sister Rose. A Memorial Service to celebrate Fern's life will be held at First Alliance Church, 12345 40 Street SE, Calgary, AB on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Harvest Room.
