Obituary of Harcharan Kaur BOPARAI

Harcharan Kaur Boparai passed away peacefully at the Rockyview General Hospital from chronic diabetes on the morning of Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at the age of 86 years. She first arrived in Canada on July 10, 1981 with three of her sons to lead a new life in Calgary. She lived a joyful and harmonious life always surrounded by those whom she loved most. Harcharan Kaur will be truly missed and loved. Harcharan Kaur was married to the late Nasib Singh Boparai, and was the beloved mother of four sons, Rana, Sukh, Laddie and Harjit Boparai, two daughters, Rani Chatha and late Karamjit Kaur. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. To commemorate her life, a Memorial Service will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 - 4th Street N.W., (within the valley of Queen's Park Cemetery) on Sunday, September 1, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. This will be followed by a religious service at the Dashmesh Cultural Centre at 4:00 p.m. Please forward condolences through www.hffs.com.
