Obituary of Sophie STEER

Buzz passed away suddenly in her home on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at the age of 89 years. She is survived and lovingly remembered by her daughter Karen (Randy) Cook, son-in-law Gary Black, brother Bill Bzowey and sister Sally Bzowey. She will be missed dearly by her five granddaughters Danna, Sarah and Tori Cook, Leah (Andrew) Black and Alyssa (Kent) Black. Buzz now joins her beloved husband Sonny and daughter Sandy, who await her arrival. She was also predeceased by her sister Mary Bzowey and her parents George and Mary Bzowey. Her zest for life centered around her family and she was an inspiration to us all. There will be a luncheon at the Calgary Winter Club, 4611 - 14th Street N.W., at noon Friday, February 3, 2012 to celebrate her life.
