Condolences
Dear Linda and Reggie and families, May God surround you with His love and may you find comfort with the treasured memories you hold so dear of your mother. I remember the times our families shared when we were children - the visits to Calgary and the car drives back to Trochu with us singing "Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Yellow Polka Dot Bikini" - and later when I was attending Mt. Royal College, the invitations to have a "home cooked" meal with your family. You and your families are in our thoughts and prayers, Jean and Andrew Ference
Dear Linda and Reg and families, We were so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. Although never saw her often in these later years, she always had a special place in my heart. I so fondly recall those early years when you lived in Trochu and later moved to Calgary and all the good times your family had with ours. Your mom was one of the warmest people I have ever known and the perfect pastor's wife. I still have to chuckle recalling how she told my mother that the one bad thing about being a pastor's wife was that she always had to wear a girdle. What comfort it is knowing she is now with your dad in the arms of Jesus. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Dear Linda, Reg, and Families. We would like to express to you our condolences on the passing of your Mom, Grandma, and Great-grandma. She was an exceptional woman. We remember how dedecated she was to Pastor Strark and what an anchor she was in his later life when he was so ill. We know that the Lord has a special place in heaven for her and she is singing with the angel choir. I, Renate, remember all the many times she helped out with all kinds of things with the youth group as well an many other things at St. Matthews. She will always be remembered with much respect, joy and love. Please know that our thoughts are with you all and may our Lord surround you with His arms and grant you peace in knowing that your mom is with Him. With love from, Renate(Kreis) and Keith Pollock.
