Obituary of Louis Joseph SIKORA

Lou Sikora passed away on Monday, December 5, 2011 at the age of 83 years. Lou was born in the Crowsnest Pass and moved to Calgary in 1956. Besides working and raising a family, he spent many hours volunteering within the community. After he retired in 1991, he rekindled his passion for hockey, skiing and golf. Lou is survived by sons Greg (Laura) and Tim (Nola); daughter Ardel (Brian); and grandson Jason (Jamie). Lou was predeceased by Irene, his beloved wife of fifty-six years. A private family memorial service will take place in the Crowsnest Pass at a later date. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff at Bowcrest Care Center.
