Maxine was the kind of person who was a "doer" which we saw in her career as a nurse, in her family life, in her commnunity and in her friendships with all who knew her. Was saddened to hear of Maxine's passing. I worked with her @ Rosthern Hospital from 1988 till she retired. She 'showed me the ropes' when i first started and i was amazed by her compassion for others and for her sense of a job well done. When we found out @ work of her passing there were MANY of us who took some time remembering all the things that came to mind of her love of her job and the love of her family!!! She was an awesome nurse!! and a friend you could confide in and trust with anything!! My heart goes out to you her family who @ work she spoke of often. I remember her being proud of you all.
