BANKS - Joseph James "Aaron" February 3, 1960 - November 13, 2011 Aaron "Jay" Banks passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at the age of 51 years. He was preceded in death by his mother Jean Banks, sister Laurie Anne Cummer, and his brother Robert "Bob" Banks. He is survived by his father Joseph Banks and his brother Dean Banks.
