Obituary of Wilbert "Willie" Raymond ZINTER

With a sad heart we announce the passing of Willie on Friday, September 9, 2011 at the age of 77 years. He was born in Kerrobert, Saskatchewan, but spent the majority of his life in the Calgary area. From his Mechanical Contracting business to his hunting and fishing trips and playing Bridge, Willie did it his way and lived his life to the fullest. Besides his wife of twenty-four years Karen, Willie is survived by children and their spouses Ron (Liz), Dennis (Margaret), Joanne, Danny (Dolores), Linda (Tim), Sandra (Mike), Jeanne (Gerry) and step son Scott (Leann); twenty-three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by Cecile, his wife of twenty-four years, in 1977. Willie was also predeceased by his sister Maxine and grandson Mark. When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. A private Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church.
