Marj knew how to enjoy life. She travelled widely but certainly knew better than most how to stop and smell the roses. Many times she obsrved how she was blessed with family and friends. and she reall meant it too. In practice, Marj made a multitude of friends throughout her life with her gentle bearing and inquiring mind. The gentle side was ever visible, yet she knew very well how to focus and how to play to win. This was most evident at the bridge table where she won early and often. In 1989 she earned her Life Master standing with the official American Contract Bridge League. From Marj, We all learned how wise it is to "look on the sunny side, always on the sunny side..." That special cheer is one solid reason why she will be sincerely missed. Fondest farewell Marj, and sincere condolences to all her friends and especially to her family.
