Obituary of Marjorie "Marj" Helen HOLLAND

Marjorie Holland passed away on Monday, March 28, 2011 at the age of 86 years. Marj was born in Duff, SK, to Clarence and Barbara Young. They lived on a farm near Rouleau, SK until 1937. The family then moved to Tisdale, SK and Marj remained there until 1941 when she went to Regina to attend Balfour Tech, taking a secretarial course. She was hired by British American Oil (B.A. Oil) and continued to work there until she married Lionel Earl Holland on March 17, 1951. Marj is survived by her sons, Jim (Josephine), and Bob (Debbie), and daughter Wendy (Tom); nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and brother, Earl Young. Marj was predeceased by her husband Earl in 2001.
