Alix, I'm still shocked and saddened by the news and I, like many others, wish there was something I could do to reverse what happened. Although we were never super close, I will never forget how much you made me laugh. You had an amazing ability to make people comfortable and find humour in stressful situations - like dance competitions. I will never forget your live commentary while sitting in the audience of dance comps, and how sitting in the theater without you became incredibly boring. I will also never forget going to Palm Springs with you and how we sat in Gillian's place there and everyone kept laughing with how hilarious you were. Our Mom's used to work together, and then the universe brought us back together years later with dance. You were a beautiful dancer, an amazing tapper, a hilarious, beautiful free-spirited woman. Sending my love and a shuffle-ball-change to Mr. Bojangles your way. All my love to your family as well. <3
