Condolences
Dear Uncle Ed - We were so sorry to hear the news about Aunt Ruth. Our thoughts are with you. Phill and Diane
Dear Ed and Family, I was indeed saddened to read in the Vancouver Sun about Ruth's passing. I have such fond memories of Ruth during the Brandon days and the fun we all had together. In later years after you folks moved to Calgary and I moved to B.C. I enjoyed my visits with you as I travelled back to Manitoba each summer. Over the years we always kept in touch at Christmas time , but lately I seem to have lost contact and so often wondered about you both. My sincerest sympathy goes out to you and your family and also to her sisters Phyllis and Sheila in the loss of your loved one .Ruth was a great gal and she will always hold a special place in my heart and my memory. In loving memory, Marg Goodale (Crosbie)

Ed- Ivy and I extend our condolences to you and your family on the loss of your wife Ruth. I remember when your boys grew and were about to leave the family home, that you told me you had to re-aquaint your self with your wife as you would need to do activities with her then not just with the boys. I am sure you did so with gusto as usual. Don Mewha, Landman (retired)
