Obituary of Thomas Storrar DONALDSON

It is with great sadness the family of Tom Donaldson announces his passing on Friday, July 15, 2011 at the Bethany Care Centre at the age of 96 years. Dad passed away peacefully knowing he was loved by all. He had multi-talent, loved his crafts building everything from furniture to bird houses, curling, gardening, fishing, and travelling to exotic places where he would spend ten US dollars on one chocolate strawberry in a fancy hotel. Tom will be greatly missed by his sons Les and Len (Shirley). He was pre-deceased by his wife Isabelle; grandson Shaun; sisters Betty and Celia; and brother Len. At Toms request there will be no funeral service. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly in Toms honour to the charity of the donors choice. A special thank you to the Bethany Care Centre for the wonderful years of great care. This meant a lot to the family as Tom was always in great spirits.
