Condolences
Dear Walter, I can't imagine what you must be feeling right now, but I want you to know that I am just a phone call away. I wish I could come and give you a big big hug. My heart and prayers go out to you and your family. Your hiking buddy, Marianne Pucheu
Dear Walter, my deep condolences during this time of grief. I pray that you will feel God's near presence and comfort as you surround yourself with family and friends. May his mercy sustain you in the days ahead.
May the abundantly beautiful memories of Jeannette and the great love she has for each of you bring you comfort. May the strength of her loving hands hold you, embrace you, and bring you peace. May her love be everlasting. To Gaylene, my dear friend, may your souls meet again. ❤
Dear Walter, Dwayne & Shauna, Gaylene & Barry, Mark & Jennie, Mike & Lynn, Alan & Corinne and all your families. Thinking and praying for you all as I remember what an amazing, strong, warm and welcoming woman Jeanette was who lived her faith and reflected God's love in her beautiful smile. Camping, sleepovers at the Penners, and of course puffed wheat squares will forever be favourite memories of mine. There is never enough time with the ones we love. May the Lord bless and keep, may his face shine upon you and give you peace.
Dear Walter and family, we are very sorry to hear of the passing of Jeanette. Our sincere condolences to you all during this difficult time. Jeanette will never be gone as long as you keep a place for her in your heart. Joe and Pat Turnham.
Regretfully we never had the pleasure of meeting Jeannette or being a privileged member of her wide circle of family and friends. But we know Walter through the hiking club and we have heard many wonderful stories of their adventures together. Jeannette's beautiful soul resonated with each one and they were always accompanied with a heart-felt laugh. We send our deepest condolences to you, Walter, and to everyone who calls Jeannette their own.
Dear Walter and family, We are so sorry to hear of Jeanette's passing. She was a very capable, creative person. Beyond that, she was a genuinely loving person. We always enjoyed her company. May you be comforted by many precious memories and the assurance that she is in glory with her Lord. John and Mary Braun
Hi Walter, so sorry for your loss. I thought many times about the great times I hiked with you and wished I could have hiked with you this summer but sadly due to the Corona virus that never happened. My thoughts will be with you during this difficult time and I will communicate with you soon. Best wishes Kevin Leslie
Walt, I am so sorry to hear of Jeanette's passing. We are thinking of you and would like to offer our deepest condolences.
Jeanette was one of my long term massage clients. She came in almost every 2 weeks for about the last 20 years. I am so deeply saddened to hear of her passing. I just saw her in the summer and she was as vibrant and beautiful as ever. My heart is heavy and sad at her passing. She had become a great friend and I loved to hear about her grandchildren and her incredible adventures with Walter. I will miss her very much. On a side note -My mom made Jam- jams too so I think those win. :-)
It was with bittersweet feelings that we received the news of Jeanette's passing on to her heavenly home. She's home! No more sorrow, no more tears, no more pain and no more earthly stresses! That's the sweet part that our precious Savior has promised and given to our dear friend. Now, Walter, and all Jeanette's special family, the 'bitterness' creeps in -- the grief that can swallow us up and rock our life boats. Praise be to God that he understand the bitterness and cries, walks through and carries us during these times. We on the Cochrane Alliance Church Welcome Ministry Greeting team will miss Jeanette's kind and generous spirit, her warm hugs and vivacious smile. May God's all sufficient grace and love surround during this time and in the days ahead. With much love and prayers, Ginny & Brian Winter
Holding you in our hearts while you grieve the loss of your amazing mom and grandma. She was such a kind, gentle presence in the world... forever smiling and bringing light. She will be dearly missed. X
Dear Walter, Mark, Jennie, Natasha, Erika, Aaron, Mike and family, Alan and family, and all of the many family members who loved Jeannette, We are so sorry for your loss. Even though we didn't know Jeanette very well, I will always remember how her smile and personality would light up those big Christmas and other gatherings at your home, Mark and Jennie. She will clearly leave a big void in your lives as evidenced by this beautiful tribute to her well-lived life of love and humor. I can see just how she fit in so well into the rest of the Born family! She has left a legacy of love and memories to help give you strength. With much love and sympathy, Annemarie, Peter, Matthew, and Adam Mickelson
