Obituary of Alvin Julien Landry

Alvin Julien Landry, beloved husband of Brenda Landry (nee Williamson) of Calgary, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at the age of 69 years. His strength of character was an inspiration to all who met him. He touched so many people through is life and will be deeply missed. Julien left behind a magnificent legacy, one which few would be able to match. He golfed every weekend at the Glencoe Golf & Country Club with his friends “The Circus”. He loved music and volunteered on the Board of Directors with the Calgary Folk Music Festival for many years. He was admitted to the Alberta Law Society in 1977 and appointed to the Court of Queen’s Bench in 1996. Julien leaves behind his loving wife Brenda and two children Michelle (Stephen) and Marc (Desiree). He was predeceased by his mother and father Hilda and Arthur Landry.
