Obituary of Louise Pearl Parker

PARKER, Pearl Louise January 7, 1944 –Kindersley, Saskatchewan April 21, 2021 – Calgary, Alberta Louise Parker of Calgary, AB, passed away on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at the age of 77 years. She was a wonderful mother, homemaker, secretary and treasurer of Parker Mechanical, Unit Clerk at the Foothills Hospital. Louise married Bill Parker on September10, 1960. She was an active member at the Southside Victory Church Fellowship. Louise had a passion for photography, scrapbooking, gardening, restoring and collecting antiques, making ceramic figurines and dolls and most recently, making family history books. She also loved gospel music, and enjoyed playing the piano and singing. Louise is survived by her two sons, one daughter and daughter-in-law, Clarke Parker (Toronto, Ontario), Randy and Cathy Parker (Georgetown, Ontario) and Judi Parker (Calgary, Alberta); four grandchildren, Joshua Parker and Amanda Goetz (Calgary, Alberta), Alexandra and Andy Clarke (Uxbridge, Ontario); and three great-grandchildren, Sydney Parker, Ally Parker and Eleana Clarke. Louise is also survived by her siblings, Phyllis Dawson (Calgary, Alberta), Doreen Regier (Creston, British Columbia), Mark and Shirley Wade (Calgary, Alberta), Ron and Pat Wade (D'Arcy, Saskatchewan) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Louise was predeceased by spouse, Bill Parker. A Private Service of Remembrance will be held at Queen’s Park Cemetery, 3219-4 Street NW, and Calgary, AB, Canada T2M 3A6 on Monday, April 26, 2021 2:00 p.m. Please forward condolences through www.hffs.com.
