Obituary of James Joseph MOORE

James Moore of Calgary, AB, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021, at the age of 42 years. James was born in Matsqui, British Columbia, Canada on March 25, 1979. He moved to Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 1997. James graduated from The Southern Alberta Institute of Technology with a degree in Network Engineering. James was married from 2010-2017 before separating from his wife. James never remarried however he wasn’t alone, he was in a long-term relationship with common-law wife Lacey and had plans to get married soon. James accomplished much through his life and was particularly proud of his successful garage door repair and installation company. James enjoyed anything to do with the water. He enjoyed walking by the river, boating on his own private boat with friends and of course visiting the ocean in as many different destinations as he could get to. Travelling was something he enjoyed and had a long list of places he had visited and wanted to visit. James had a wide variety of musical taste but truly enjoyed metal music as loud as he could possibly turn it up. He will be most remembered for his big heart, his sense of humour, his bright smile and infectious laughter and of course his love of fun and zest for life. James is survived by his parents Kenneth and Kathy Moore of Chase, British Columbia; two sisters and two brothers-in-law, Julie Schmidt (Kyle), Carolynn Seymour (Josh), who both are from Kamloops, British Columbia.
