 Darren Dixon of Calgary, AB, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at the age of 26 years.

Darren was born in Edmonton, AB, on December 26, 1996. Darren accomplished much through his life and was particularly proud of his work. He enjoyed creative drawing and loved a variety of music. Darren’s most memorable vacation was when he was with the family, especially in Penticton. He will always be remembered for his humor, generosity, and care for others. Darren cared deeply for animals and those in need.

Darren is survived by his mother Lori Bazin, father Dwayne (Richelle) Dixon, sister Calsy (Allan) Wilson, stepsisters, Kennedy Wilson, and Maddy Purkis; stepbrother Mikale Wilson, and his only nephew Levi Wilson. Darren is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, the Bazin grandparents, friends, and former stepfather Kevin Wilson.

Darren was predeceased by his Fisher great-grandparents, Bazin great-grandparents, Sinclair grandparents, Dixon grandparents, and his best friend Jordan.

Funeral Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Crowfoot, 82 Crowfoot Circle NW, Calgary, AB), on Friday, February 24, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. Condolences, memories and photos can also be shared and viewed here.
