Our most heartfelt condolences on the passing of Signora Caputo. Mario and Emma were one of the first friends the Bruno family made when we all immigrated to Canada from Italy in the 1950’s. It was a beautiful life-long friendship. When Joyce and I married, we found out that Signora Caputo was also a long-time friend (and 'Nonna') to a young man, Stanley, who lived a few doors down from her. Stanley was best friends with Mike and Mario, and happened to be one of my wife’s cousins – all this, before Joyce and I ever met. Signora Caputo will be dearly missed. Keep strong and may the beautiful memories you shared together fill your hearts every day. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

We are heartbroken over the loss of our family matriarch Zi Emma. She was an amazing person and her love for family was most important. Zi Emma was kind, beautiful, loving and supportive. Her lively and spirited ways always made you feel welcome.
