Obituary of Harold “Hal” Emmett Wells
May 31, 1934 – High River, Alberta
March 3, 2023 – Calgary, Alberta
Harold Wells, beloved husband of Yvonne Wells of Calgary, AB, passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023 at the age of 88.
Harold was born in High River, AB and married Yvonne in 1955. Dad was an entrepreneur, opening many businesses, including a restaurant called “Harold’s Inn”, Dairy Queen, and then a successful career as a Financial Consultant with Investors Group.
Harold enjoyed spending his summers at his cabin at Sunnyside Christian retreat and camping in his trailer in the mountains.
Harold was predeceased by his brother Delwin Wells, and sister Beryl Wilson. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Beddington Pentecostal Church, 16 Bermuda Dr. N.W. Calgary, AB. followed by a lunch reception.
