Condolences
We will so miss our friend and neighbour, Brian. His booming voice and exuberance, enthusiasm for life and his love of people will forever be cherished. Our sincere condolences to Sharon and family for your loss.
My memories of Brian go back to St Francis and we both spent our summers at Chestermere Lake. Brian & Sharon were so helpful introducing Mazatlan to us and we spent many great times together. They took us around to markets, introduced us to restaurants and advised us what to do and how to get there! Great tour guides and gracious hosts. Judy celebrated her birthday with friends and Brian brought his guitar along and serenaded us all to a play list Judy picked out. It was such a special evening. We shall miss you Brian. Our hearts go out to all the family and friends of Brian, but especially to Sharon.

Remember Brian in the winter at Chestermere Lake with his kids and our kids having the time of his life playing Boogie Duck. Brian was the only adult out there in the cold playing with the kids. What an amazing guy and I miss him so much. Such a welcome addition to my life and he touched everyone’s life he came in contact with. Forever learning something new was his passion. Always thought of him as a brother not a brother in law. What a gifted human being he was. Jim
My thoughts are with all of you. I know that Brian will be dearly missed and remain in all of our hearts.
Best regards,

I remember him fondly as a Dr and at gatherings with the Spence family. Sending you all love.
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss Sharon and family. Brian was a beautiful man. I remember the day when mom myself Chris and Bob arrived in Calgary for a visit. We came to see Grandma and Grandpa, instead we landed at Foothills Hospital with a sick son (Bob) tonsillitis, Brian put him on antibiotics and told us we weren't going anywhere till the fever broke. Sharon you were truly blessed to have met this beautiful man.
I had the pleasure of meeting Brian at Mazatlan, Mexico, and playing tennis with him. He towered over my 5-foot frame but was as sweet and gentle as a gentleman could be. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Sharon. May his soul rest in peace.
Our deepest condolences to Sharon and family.
Brian was a wonderful man, dear friend, and a great Doctor .
Brian treated everyone young or old special.
We had many years of fun, and laughter, being neighbours at Red Deer Lake, and also in Calgary.
Water & snow skiing, boating , happy hours, Thanksgiving dinners & Christmas in July
Our families, always included, enjoyed the time spent with Brian.
Brian will be dearly missed by all

Please accept the heartfelt condolences from the Dreyer family. I knew Brian as a neighbor and a friend and a collaborator for over thirty years. Brian freely gave of his time and expertise to assist in addressing some of the key challenges our country is facing. He will be dearly missed by all of us.
