Condolences
Very sad to hear of the passing of Sean…every day on the walk to St Greg’s Junior High School, I would stop at Sean’s house meet him and Vince and we would walk to and from school. Sean was a great guy and friend. My condolences to his family. Rest in piece my old friend..
My deepest condolences to Sean’s family and friends.
I didn’t know Sean well but saw his generosity and thoughtfulness in action. A few years ago, when Ken and Huguette still lived in Calgary, Sean gave them an outdoor patio and canopy. It was a perfect gift and I know they loved their outdoor oasis. I always think of Sean when remembering the wonderful times on that patio.
Thru my tears I have been reliving endless memories of growing up with my " liddle" brother like the time mom caught me telling him grass was good to eat !- hey - he was really enjoying it ! And memories of shared adventures and friends in sw calgary that I'm sure all would agree we're truly legendary- he faced all challenges of life bravely and with integrity and with his amazing sense of humor and that ever present smile - I love you brother with all my heart and am looking forward to seeing you again on God's Golden Shore enjoying the one True Promise Given and every tear wiped away ...Scott Kelly
Seans presence will be sorrowfully missed by the Saturday Afternoon fellowship. Gone but not forgotten
To the Kelly family,
Am thinking of you and praying for you as you grieve the loss and celebrate the life of Sean. After 18 years of marriage to Sean, 15 years later I have many, many memories. He was a good man, and a man of courageous ethical convictions at work (even when it cost him so much). He had a forgiving spirit, a very generous heart, a good work ethic and an extremely good sense of humour. His kindness to and perceptiveness of others will be remembered by me and many others whose lives he touched. My family liked him so much and Stan and he were very good friends and could both be depended on to keep everyone laughing at the family dinners! Both I and my mom loved him very much.
We were good working partners and with the many projects, there was much accomplished and never a dull moment! In spite of our divorce, I will never regret being married to him as we had many happy years together. His impact on my life has been incalculable and I am glad he is now at peace.
I knew Sean for pretty much 50 years and we did a lot of things together, even though we didn’t alway see each other, when we talked it was like no time passed and we were the same buddies we were at 14, 18, 21, 35 …etc. I am lucky that I have so many great memories be it school, concert’s, skiing, snorkelling, parties, travelling, living together or just chatting. To this day whenever I hear Jerry Jeff Walker, I think of Sean and I listen to Jerry a lot. I even travelled to Mexico with Sean, now that was a trip. Sean you were one special friend and one of a Kind! They sure don’t make ‘em like you any more. You will be missed Amigo but never forgotten …luv ya buddy. Lynn also sends her love Sean.
My personal condolences to Sean’s family . Ronnie and Lynn Wilson from Huatulco Mexico!
