It is with great sadness and sorrow that the family announces the passing of our beloved husband, father and nonno on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at the age of 93 years.
Eugenio was born September 20, 1929 in Pietrapennata, Calabria, Italy. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Angela of 64 years; his sons, Vince (Theresa), and Peter (Caterina); and daughter, Josephine (Gennaro); six grandchildren, Shawn, Mark, Marissa, Michael, Christopher and Isabella; along with three great-grandchildren, Mia, Emily and Wyatt. Eugenio was predeceased by his three brothers, Guerino, Fortunato and Vincenzo.
Funeral Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street N, Calgary, AB T2E 2V6) on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. If friends so desire, there will be a viewing at 9:30 a.m. prior to the service. Graveside Service to follow at Queen's Park Cemetery. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home. Condolences, memories, and photos can also be shared and viewed here.
