Obituary of Robert Allison Hacock

March 4, 1938 – Toronto, Ontario

March 18, 2023 – Calgary, Alberta

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of our beloved husband, father, and grandfather Robert (Bob) Allison Hacock on Saturday, March 18, 2023, at the age of 85.

Bob was born in Toronto, ON on March 4, 1938, where he spent his childhood.  Years later, he moved to Calgary, where he met his wife, Louise. Bob was proud of his career as a Production Accountant and worked for numerous oil companies. He also enjoyed an active social life with the United Church where he was a choir member. In his spare time, he liked to camp, fish, play fastball, golf, bowl, coach and referee his children’s sport teams and games. One of Bob’s greatest memories was achieving his passion by singing and performing with The Calgary Opera.

Bob will be lovingly remembered by his wife Louise, of 61 years and his children, Robert, Leslie (Tim), Randy; his grandchildren; Kirsten (Jeremy), Douglas, Jonathan; and brother Brian (Lorraine).

Bob was predeceased by his parents John and Helen Hacock; and brothers John and David Hacock.
