Condolences
I'm so sorry to hear of Larry's passing. I worked with him up until he joined the City of Calgary. He was always the happiest, funniest guy around. He and I were working in Banff and it was his last project before he became an inspector. He accidentally triggered the automatic fire extinguisher in a restaurant kitchen, powder was everywhere. He looked at me and said, sorry but I have to leave to start at the City the next day. He left me to clean up the mess by myself but he was such a great guy, there was no way I could be mad at him. I bumped into him quite often over the years and that story got a lot of playtime. Just the kind of guy Larry was.
I met Larry back in the early 80's, I was working at Calgary Coop in Oakridge, he was a frequent visitor to the Coffee Shop there,,we fast became friends and I ended up knowing most of the family in Calgary and Kindersley. .I moved back to Rosetown in 1985.. He is a man that we will always remember, a friendly , helpful , talented friend, Rest in Peace Larry. Condolences to all of the family..
I can remember Pam coming to your house to study and your Dad was always so funny and your parents were so close together. My Dad always had nothing but great things to say about your Dad when they worked together at the City. Our condolences to your family. Your Dad was a great man and will be missed by so many ❤️
