Maureen and Dan Ng How sad Dan and I were to hear about Eleanor’s death. We spoke often to her as she walked past our home. I even joined her on some of the walks. Her awesome smile and caring heart were infectious. I felt very honored to share her heritage. I remember the day she said to me: Maureen ten out of ten for your homemade Scottish shortbread!”
