Obituary of Timothy John Ferrari

August 19, 1950 - Leamington, Ontario

Timothy ‘Tim’ Ferrari beloved husband of Barbara Ferrari (nee Bielmeier) of Calgary, AB, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023 at the age of 72 years.

Tim was born in Leamington, Ontario on August 19, 1950.  He married the love of his life Barbara, in 1973. They lived throughout North America, and eventually made their home in Calgary, Alberta in 2004.

Tim graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree in History. He joined the Armed forces and was stationed in Chilliwack, British Columbia. He was a Human Resources Executive with the Toronto Dominion Bank and had many accomplishments throughout his career and life.

Tim was a passionate athlete and competed at high levels in football, basketball, among several other activities.

Tim’s favourite quote was “mañana-mañana”. He will be most remembered for his charisma, charm, and sense of humour. He was a passionate leader and mentor and always saw the best in people.

Besides his loving wife Barbara, Tim is survived by his three sons: Damian, Chris and David and his daughter-in-law Sheena, as well as two grandchildren, Ethan, and Alex Ferrari, all residing in Calgary, Alberta. Tim is also survived by his sister Janet Redmond, and his life-long friend Bruce Jacobs. Tim was predeceased by his son Timothy Ferrari, his brother Paul Ferrari, and sister Mickey Whitehouse.
