My sincere condolences to Carolyn, Jeffrey, Douglas, Valerie, Stephen, Michael, Margaret, Anne, Joseph as well as Phil’s grandchildren, in laws, nieces, nephews & friends. Phil was like an uncle to me over the past 50 years since I first met him. I can only hope to be admired by my nieces & nephews as Phil was by his. It didn’t matter how long it had been since we last saw Phil as he would greet us with a hug & usually a thoughtful trinket.
