Condolences
I was so saddened to hear of Sr. Pat Halpin died. She was such a lovely person and contributed so much to all who knew her.
So sorry I cannot attend the funeral but will be with you in spirit. Please accept my condolences.
With sympathy and prayers, from Helen and Ken Beckie
Dear Sister Pat, surely the Lord of life has embraced your last breath and welcomed your spirit, just as you had embraced him in life. I remember well how you were with God and with us as religious education leader with Edmonton Catholic Schools.
Sympathies and joyful communion with Sr. Pat on her heavenly journey to you all, her religious sisters and her family. She was a gift of life to many and is a blessing in my life. I rejoice with her and God in resurrection.
My condolences to Sr. Pat’s family and her religious family of FCJ sisters. I attended St. Mary’s High School and fondly remember Pat throughout those years.I married a fellow St. Mary’s Boys’ grad of that 1954 graduation class. I was Arlene Gilson in those days and am now Arlene Maunsell. We had a few classmates who followed their hearts into ministry with the Ursuline sisters as well as Pat’s vocation to the FCJ’s. Pat was a joy to know. Always ready for an opportunity to laugh and a bright light in every group. She was eager to chat and you felt what you had to offer was to be treasured.Rest in Peace dear friend.
