Condolences
Dear Kris, Alison and Donovan,
Our condolences on the passing of a truly magnificent man, Raymond Matthews.
Your husband, father and grandfather was an especially bright light - incredibly smart, articulate, ethical and witty! We cherish the many times we have vigorously discussed various maters with Ray and laughed uproariously, the latter perhaps because of Kris' remarkable wit, too.
Thank you for sharing Ray with us. We are immensely grateful for his wise and generous support over the years.
And now his legacy carries on in the three of you and the memory of him in all of us.
Here's to a very fine person! To Raymond Matthews!
Love,
Richard Pootmans & Frances Wright

Thoughts and condolences to Kris and the family.
Ray was the inspiration, cornerstone and a driver for my business success. Over the past 29 years he became a great friend. There is no one else I know that could verbally abuse me one day and send me an invoice the next. We solved a lot of the world's problems over lunch, however, he always liked his restaurant selection over mine. None-the-less, lunches were always a lot of fun with Ray. There was no one ...and will never be anyone quite like Ray!! He will be missed.
Ray was a huge part of my professional life. He was an astute businessman, a consummate professional and a wonderful mentor
He exposed me to wonderful clients ( who became friends) and taught me how business really worked ( especially during the recession of the early 1980'S)
He was a "fine fellow" and will be missed by many
My heartfelt condolences to Kris and his family
Stew Henderson
