Obituary of Ethan William Job

It is with great sadness that the family of Parker and Amy Job of Blackfalds, AB announce the passing of their son Ethan William Job of Calgary, AB. Ethan passed away peacefully in the arms of his parents at the Foothills Medical Center NICU on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.

Ethan, meaning “Strong, firm, enduring, and long-lived” brought joy, happiness, and love to the lives of everyone he touched in his short time on Earth. He had a strong and resilient spirit and brought pride to those around him. Ethan enjoyed his cuddles with mom and dad and holding the hands of those he loved.

Besides his loving parents, Ethan is also survived by his grandparents; Sharlene and Charles Stern, Tracey and Angela Job, Stephen and Theresa Marion, and numerous other family members.

A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. Condolences, memories and photos can also be shared and viewed here.

Ethan’s family is grateful for the loving care he received during his time here. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Ronald McDonald House Charities.
