Obituary of Adele Anna Johanson

Adele Johanson of Calgary, AB, passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at the age of 93 years.
Adele was born in Annaheim SK, to Edward and Elizabeth (nee Schieder) Schreiner. Adele’s career was in the banking industry but in retirement she spent her days with her many friends playing duplicate bridge and earned her Master Life Certificate in 1997.
Left to mourn are her brother Alvin (Gisele) Schreiner and sister-in-law Dorothy (Cliff) Hoyme.
She will be remembered as “Aunt Adele” to the Gillespie, Johanson and Hoyme nieces and nephews and “Auntie Del” to the deGoesbriand and Schreiner nieces and nephews and missed by all.
Adele was predeceased by husband Clare Johanson, sisters Lyn deGoesbriand, Jo deGoesbriand, and parents Edward and Elizabeth.
