Duarte Torres, beloved father of Renata Torres, of Calgary, AB, passed away on Monday, August 7, 2023, at the age of 86 years.

He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and friend. He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.

Besides his daughter, Duarte is survived by extended family including numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and his friends. Duarte was predeceased by his wife Mary, his parents Maria and Antonio Torres; and his brothers, Carlos and Manuel Torres; and his sister Maria Carregosa.
