My condolences to all the family! Terry was such a lively, energetic person with a great sense of humour.
When Rod and Reina would come back to Calgary for a visit, their friends would invade Terry’s home and she just kept that door open, greeting everyone with that beautiful smile. She really made every single person feel like she was so happy to see them and asked us about specific details of our lives that I just couldn’t understand how she remembered.
She was the consummate hostess, always having a plenty of food and drinks, even when the expected numbers of guests would climb from 5 - 6 to upwards of 15 or 20. And instead of getting anxious as more people arrived, her smile would just get bigger. I think she genuinely loved having a house full.
I’m so thankful for the memories of being in her home and to have had the privilege of knowing her.
