Although you are no longer with us you are not forgotten. We think about you every day, half expecting you to walk through the door at any time. You always greeted us with “that” smile, a warm heart and a cheery demeanor and made us feel right at home. We were always welcome unconditionally in Sally’s house. You always looked happiest when you were lost in a crowd of family and friends. I (Dave) personally will always remember you for your infectious laughter. Those who knew you, knew that we practically needed to tie you a chair or a post to keep you from fussing around in the kitchen no matter if it was your kitchen or someone else’s kitchen. Always with your trademark laughter a smile and a helping hand.
And then you were gone, far too soon. The sadness and loss we felt slowly turns to smiles as we remember the times we had together. Yes, Sally, you are here with us in our hearts and memories, memories will remain forever. We take comfort and peace knowing you are in the company of angels and your pain is no more. We have no doubt that they will quickly learn to love you as much as we do.
