Condolences
Here's to Kenny "Loopa" Brimner, the best hole making son of a gun ever, he knew more about rigging than anybody I have ever met.
I started working with Ken back in the 80's and we had the same crew all throughout the 90's. There was Ken and Barry Brimner, the Boos brothers Dwayne and Jason, Malcolm and myself. As tough as the 90's were we never went hungry, Ken would aways find us work, he was the best at finding us work.
I have way too many memories with Ken to pick one or two to share but what I remember best is enjoying salted Ceasars, always ordered with white salt and lemon, and steaks in establishments all throughout this beautiful province looking for the best one. Bo Diddlys in Lloyd always had a good Ceasar but the best was in the bar in Edgerton of all places.
I could ramble on about the good and bad of Kenny loopa but Instead I will go enjoy at least 3 ice cold bottles of Coors light and remember all the good times we had, which were plentiful. One bottle for Ken and a couple for his parents, Glen and Kathy, who also treated me really good over the years.
I love and miss ya all and I am forever grateful to have had Ken in my life. Keep a strain on er kid.

Uncle "Koo Koo Kenny" was definitely a favorite of mine. One of my earlier memories was whenever I saw you, you'd always give my buzz cut head a loving rub. Sad to hear of your passing but you will live on in Rodney and Randy. Love ya.
Ken my old friend you will be missed. I had the honor of working with Ken 20 years ago. We spent 5 years Ken being the consultant and I was Ken's on-site hoe hand. I was 20, young and not the sharpest tool in the shed. Ken being great friend of all of my uncles who were also all in the patch ( I do believe that's how I got the opportunity it's who ya know I guess ) Ken treated me like family. Disciplined me like son and taught me many lessons a youn man needed. By the time Ken and I went our separate ways as life does I can guarantee there wasn't many men who could work like myself. And Ken had much to do with that. You were a blessing brother and things will be a little different with a man like you not around. Ps try not to wreck anything where ever your next journey takes you

I will forever remember Kenny for his “go get’em attitude”,he could fix just about anything, whether he had the right parts or not! He was the king of jimmy rigging to make sure the job got done. Most of all, for me, I will remember his love for human kind. No matter where you came from or what your background was, he had room in his heart for everyone. He always had time to lend his ear and he had good advice to give. He was a wonderful friend. His love for music is another memory I will hold near and dear. Many of late nights singing old and new tunes alike. My condolences to his family, he will be forever remembered and loved by all.
I am forever grateful that I got the honour of being such a big part of Kenneth’s life. The joy and happiness he brought to so many of our lives is something will all cherish forever. It’s never easy losing someone, but losing someone who left such a huge impact on so many lives is devastating on a whole new level. My deepest condolences to everyone affected by his loss. This one’s for you Kenny. We will all miss you forever.
